Anse Caraïbe is the largest beach in Pointe-Noire. Far from being overrun, it remains authentic while hosting Creole restaurants and water activities.

It has parking, showers and picnic boxes

Plage Ti Anse

You will discover a beautiful sheltered cove off the coast, friendly restaurants and a shallow swimming plan where to do some snorkeling.

Plage de Grande Anse Deshaies

Réserve Cousteau Malendure Bouillante

South of Pointe-Noire in Bouillante, the beach of Malendure is very visited thanks to its numerous nautical activities which take their departures there for the Reserve Cousteau and the Pigeon Islands, heart of the National Park. Long beach of gray sand with high attendance.

Local products and Creole cuisine

It is also thanks to the generous nature of this part of Guadeloupe that craftsmanship has always been very present.

Objects and jewelry from natural elements such as calabash, seeds, woods. Pointe-Noire also has many factories of local products made from fruits, coffee, cocoa, and rum.

Think of accras, Creole puddings, fresh fish in “sauce chien”, grills, accompanied by a planter made with Guadeloupe rum and local juice.

We suggest good places near the cottage, authentic Creole restaurants to discover all the gastronomy of the Antilles and for all tastes!

It is rarely spicy, do not worry! 😉

You are on the island of Basse-Terre, the granary of Guadeloupe thanks to its fertile soil.

It is here that you will find a wide variety of local products, fruits and vegetables, cocoa, coffee and vanillia, also Creole crafts.
